As the weather changes, and life slowly rumbles into a familiarity of sorts, maybe itās a good time to reevaluate our goals and personal wellness. Call it self-therapy.
Many didnāt do well with the closures of gyms and fitness centres. Unfortunately, not a regularly 'gym goer', I was not one of them. šš½
A lot of people I know workout daily -- like with weights and home gyms and memberships. The real deal. š My brother, a loyal member of our local YMCA, was very happy when it reopened last month. šš½
Inspired, my husband and I decided to try it out. š¤·š»āāļø
Itās SO lovely to meet before the world wakes us, check-in on each other, and work out together -- setting us up for a better day. Add to that, weekend hikes, and itās so true what they say, that natural high is a REAL thing. š
Anyone looking to make a change, I recommend your local Y ā if you have one ā or something comparable in your community. Those of you who already do this, I am in awe of, and applaud you. šš½šš½
